Q: Why can't I view the eBook?
A: If it is in PDF format you should haveAdobe Acrobat Reader. It should be fine from there. For EXE files you need Micorsoft Windows 95/98/NT and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4+. If the file is in ZTP format you will need a program called Winzip to open the files.
